On Call reminders

This element is a simple but extremely powerful 'reminder' interface that takes just 3 clicks when updating.  While some TAS platforms include On Call reminders, OnTrack's daily checks take it a step further with providing email notification to the customer (and copying your team) when an On Call is about to expire.  On Friday's, the tracker checks in the morning and again in the late afternoon to determine if any On Calls are about to expire for the weekend.  Your team will receive notification of any still outstanding for the weekend and an All Clear email if they are all caught up.

During initial setup, we are able to import your existing data to save from any unnecessary data entry.  Each customer record includes:track99 Oncall1 

  • The On Call Name (to support customers with multiple On Call lists)
  • How far in advance to send out the email notification (to support those customers that provide it weeks, days or the day before the expiration date)
  • Whether or not to email the customer a notification (Your team will be notified by default, but you may want to email your customer too).

Once the information is set for a customer, it takes only 3 clicks to keep it updated.  First off, the on call list is sorted so the one expiring the soonest is at the top.  Simply click the calendar icon next to the customer, click the NEW date of expiration and click Save...done.  Now based on the settings for that record, you will be notified when an On call is about to expire, and if so configured, your customer will be notified too.
