Agent Interface

The agent interface is a little more bland as it holds only the interfaces for their review of existing records pertaining to them only.

Upon login, the agent is able to review:

  • Quality Assurance reviews
         The agent reviews each QA and dates the review to confirm its review.
  • Training ID's
         Review new account information or account updates requiring a more detailed review.
  • Question of the Day
         Answer QOD's for training purposes to ensure each agent understands the quirks in accounts
  • Passwords
         While SSL can be integrated, this is where agents can store their own account passwords for easy retrieval. 
         Much better than leaving the information lying around or losing it...it's always handy.
  • Ticketing History
         The tickets the agent opened, along with being able to open new ones
         Review of open and closed tickets
  • Vacation requests
         Vacation request are generated here and await HR's approval.
         When the decision is made, the agent is automatically notified by email.

The interface is simple, not over bearing but provides an extremely powerful process to keep agents on top of their training, and ties in other aspects of daily operations for efficiency.
